I'm a bit obsessed with these paper chains made by the Crafts Dept. from Martha Stewart. I made a paper chain to help me count down to when a certain handsome fellow was headed back to the States and they hold a special place in my heart. My chain wasn't nearly as beautiful as this one, but if you are sentimental about paper links as well, consider a garland of these strung around your reception site.
